Minister Vandeput questioned the effectiveness of the cooperative mechanism set up with the Russian military, as he announced that operations would be suspended “until further notice”.
Twenty of the coalition partners, which include two non-states in the form of the European Union and Arab League, provide air support or other military equipment. Others, are supplying logistical or humanitarian aid.
